The office is very nice and you won’t even feel like you’re at the dental clinic. You’ll feel right at home. Dr Cadena is very professional, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. What I appreciate about the doctor is his honesty. At a previous cosmetic dentist, they said I needed cosmetic dentistry and mentioned I had all sorts of issues with my mouth. Dr Cadena didn’t hesitate to provide me feedback and said it was not necessary and my smile does not need an enhancement. This is why you get a second opinion. The dental hygienist I had was Ms Naeli (spelt wrong?) and she was super nice throughout the entire process. They take the COVID-19 situation very seriously and you will call in first prior to entering. Then once you’re finished, they’ll escort you out of the building. I am very happy with my experience with them and would highly recommend Dr Cadena for all of your dental needs. Mahalo nui!!!

Sadly, I can honestly say, unpleasant experiences to the dentist were mostly of the norm and usually involved some kind of pain & discomfort---rarely ever a good experience. High anxiety, nervousness, and DREAD became my norm when it came to dentist visits. Well, NOT ANY MORE! Not only is the staff so attentive, reassuring, & pleasant, I experienced ZERO discomfort at any point. Im not sure how Dr. Cadena does it---and I don't care, but I can honestly say, from the moment you sit in that dental chair, you have nothing to fear. I had a very severe toothache, and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called Dr. Cadena's office late Wednesday, and was able to get an early morning appoinment on Thursday. On the day of the appointment I had barely finished the new patient paper work, before they took me back to an examination room. The office and exam rooms have an inviting warm feeling to them. I really enjoyed seeing all the fish tanks everywhere, the were each unique and relaxing to watch. The staff were all amazing, I really enjoyed talking to them and being in their care. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my issue and could empathise with my situation. Dr. Cadena has a great bedside manner, and I really appreciated him explaining everything to me in layman's terms. I needed to have an extraction, and I can honestly say that Dr. Cadena caused me zero pain during it. He took several minutes to prep me and completely numb me before ever trying to work on my tooth. After the extraction Dr. Cadena stayed in the exam room with me for several minutes just talking to me about aftercare, and monitoring how I was doing. During my visit at Dr. Cadena's office they made me feel like I was the most important person there. Dr. Cadena and his entire staff are amazing, and I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Valerie made sure she was not scared about anything and that she didn't even know she was getting a shot in her mouth. Truly the best Dentist we have ever seen! I would recommend her to ANYONE!!!!!
